"By harnessing the diverse expertise of professionals, we aim to create sustainable value through advanced management of logistics real estate."
Mitsui & Co., Logistics Partners Ltd. was established in July 2004 as the asset management company for Japan Logistics Fund, Inc (JLF). JLF made its debut on the J-REIT market in May 2005 as Japan's first logistics-focused REIT and has since achieved steady and sustainable growth as an industry pioneer.
JLF's growth strategy is diverse and unique, driven by the asset management company's initiatives, including property acquisitions from sponsors, redevelopment of existing properties, and joint development projects with business partners. With the longest track record in logistics REIT management, JLF boasts a high-quality portfolio, the highest unrealized gain ratio in the J-REIT sector, and a strong credit rating, all of which contribute to our differentiated management approach and continuous enhancement of investor value.
Our company is comprised of highly motivated employees who resonate with JLF's management philosophy and are committed to its realization. We support the career development of professionals in the real estate asset management industry, providing an environment where each employee can grow and demonstrate their abilities.
With the support of our main sponsor, Mitsui & Co., Ltd., we leverage our extensive experience, exceptional selection, and management capabilities of logistics facilities to continuously enhance JLF's investor value.
We appreciate your continued support.
