Our company is a real estate asset management company that operates the "Japan Logistics Fund, Inc." (JLF), Japan's first logistics-focused REIT. Utilizing the J-REIT system, which involves investing in real estate such as office buildings and residential properties with funds collected from investors, we invest in and lease logistics facilities.
